NAPA, Calif. — The Meadows of Napa Valley, a 20-acre nonprofit continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in Napa, has announced plans for $67 million in expansion and renovations.
The project will add an additional 242,000 square feet. The extra space will include 92 new independent living apartments, underground parking, a wellness and aquatic center, and renovated dining venues. The new apartments will range between 900 and 2,400 square feet.
Construction is expected to begin in spring of 2016 and will take an estimated 18 months.
