TOPEKA, Kan. — Senior living provider Midwest Health Inc. has completed the acquisition of an assisted living portfolio totaling 15 properties in Kansas.
Together, the newly acquired properties total roughly 600 units. The communities are located in Atchison, Baldwin City, Gardner, Hiawatha, Holton, Lenexa, Louisburg, Osage City, Osawatomie, Ottawa, Overland Park, Paola, Tonganoxie, Wamego and Wichita. Previously operated under the Vintage Park brand, the communities will now operate under the Homestead Assisted Living banner.
Founded in 1977, Midwest Health is based in Topeka with a portfolio of more than 100 properties across six states in the Midwest.
