ANNAPOLIS, Md. — Bob Kramer, the founder of the National Investment Center for Seniors Housing & Care, has announced he is launching a consulting firm for the aging-services industries named Nexus Insights.
Based in Annapolis, NIC is a nonprofit data and reporting service that works exclusively with seniors housing. Kramer served as the organization’s CEO for 27 years before retiring from the role, but still serves as a strategic advisor. His new company is also based in Annapolis.
In addition to seniors housing companies, Nexus will work with technology, healthcare, consumer products, education and other industries that serve seniors.
“Our goal is to help clients to rethink aging from every angle,” says Kramer. “That means transforming the current understanding of aging and older adults and inspiring the next generation of aging products and services.”
“We plan to work with companies that realize the status quo is not acceptable and who want to take on the challenge of accelerating innovations to forge the future of aging services.”
