DALLAS — OneDay, a Dallas-based technology company that provides video storytelling within senior living communities, has appointed Dan Dionne as vice president of sales and Ryan Gray as director of product management and user experience.

OneDay’s team has grown significantly in the past two years, and the company now has 63 team members. In July 2021, OneDay closed its $19 million Series B funding round, and last year, the company expanded its leadership team and moved into 10,000 square feet of office space in the Design District.

Dionne oversees OneDay’s sales team and works alongside senior leaders to create strategies for reaching their goals.

Dionne has nearly ten years of leadership experience in hyper-growth SaaS organizations across sales functions of new business, upsell and account management. He is accomplished in building and leading large sales teams and aims to grow the sales function at OneDay.

Prior to OneDay, Dionne worked at CarGurus, an online automotive marketplace, for nearly seven years. Most recently, he was the sales director for franchise dealerships, and he started at the company as a dealer account specialist for inbound sales in 2015. Before that, he was a buyer for the retailer Brookstone.

Dan earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration and a minor in computer science at Endicott College in Beverly, Massachusetts. He received an MBA from the Van Loan School at Endicott College.

Gray oversees the overall development of products, and he works on improving user experience, increasing adoption and refining product management’s insights into their technology investments.

Gray has 14 years of experience in marketing strategy, integrated marketing planning, corporate communications, product management, user experience design and P&L management. Prior to OneDay, he previously held positions at KPMG as the director of digital consulting, Spectrum Reach as the divisional director of field marketing and Cigna as the director of marketing.

Gray started his career leading the development and implementation of CRM platforms utilizing Salesforce.com. He then took that experience and understanding of data analytics to help companies further enhance their marketing strategies. These efforts focused on increasing an organization’s positioning as thought leaders in their respective industries utilizing content marketing, social and mass media, event planning, and community engagement.

Ryan attended the University of Cincinnati in Ohio where he earned his bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership.
