PALOS HEIGHTS, Ill. — Providence Life Services has sold Providence Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center of Palos Heights, a skilled nursing facility in Palos Heights, approximately 20 miles southwest of Chicago.
The property was built between 1959 and 1967 on 10 acres, and is located within five miles of nearly 700 short-term acute hospital beds. Altitude Investments acquired the facility for an undisclosed price.
“Previously owned by a non-profit, the facility annually serves more than 50 Medicare A residents and has a longstanding track record of providing exemplary care in the community,” says Mark Myers, executive managing director of Institutional Property Advisors.
Myers, along with Josh Jandris and Charles Hilding, represented the seller in the transaction.
