RANCHO MISSION VIEJO, Calif. — Reata Glen, a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in Rancho Mission Viejo, will open its doors on May 28.
The community will welcome more than 300 pre-leased residents upon opening. Construction on the 60-acre, 480-unit campus began in 2016.
In South Orange County, the number of baby boomers is expected to double within the next 20 years, according to the developers.
Reata Glen partnered with California-based W.E. O’Neil Construction and KTGY Group Architects + Planning in building the community.
