FREDERICKSBURG, Texas — Solvere Senior Living has been selected to operate Villages of Windcrest, an assisted living and memory care community currently under construction in Fredericksburg, approximately 75 miles west of Austin.
The community is scheduled to open in November. Offering 60 assisted living units and 24 memory care suites, development costs were estimated at $21 million.
The owner, developer and builder of the Villages of Windcrest is Dallas, Texas-based Bridgeview Realty Capital LLC. The architectural firm is REES.
In a separate deal, Solvere was also selected to take over management of Grand Tapestry at Quail Springs, an existing active adult community in Oklahoma City. Grand Tapestry is owned by a limited partnership between a private developer and private equity firm.
Following the new contracts, Solvere now manages 15 opened communities and three under development in Florida, New York, New Jersey, Texas, Maryland, West Virginia, Virginia, Michigan and Oklahoma.
