MOBILE, Ala. — Somerby Senior Living, a Birmingham-based owner/operator, has broken ground on a fitness and wellness center at Somerby of Mobile, the company’s continuing care retirement community in Mobile.
The 3,000-square-foot fitness center will include a salon, pool, group fitness area and exercise room.
Premier Fitness Source designed the facility in collaboration with Cummings Architecture Corp. of Mobile. The general contractor is Langan Construction.
Somerby owns five communities in Alabama, South Carolina, Georgia and Florida.
