Veritas, Curis Capital Acquire 107-Unit Community Near St. Louis

HERCULANEUM, Mo. — Veritas Senior Living and Curis Capital have acquired Autumn Ridge, a new seniors housing community in the St. Louis suburb of Herculaneum.

Autumn Ridge comprises 26 independent living apartments and 81 apartments for residents who require residential care.

Some planned changes to the community under the new owners include creating an in-house therapy space with HealthPro.
