MINNEAPOLIS — Ziegler has hired Mark Landreville as a managing director and Christina Rappl as an assistant vice president to the company’s senior living finance practice. Both will work from the specialty investment bank’s Minneapolis office.
Landreville has more than 30 years of investment and commercial banking experience, concentrating almost exclusively in the senior living field. His clients range in size from large multi-state organizations to single-site facilities. He has completed more than $1.5 billion of projects in his career, spanning the continuum of care.
Landreville has also completed a number of repositioning, restructuring and work-out financing transactions. Completed transactions include rated and non-rated tax-exempt bonds, credit-enhanced bonds, private placements and bank financings.
Landreville is a past president of the Minnesota Institute of Public Finance and has served on not for profit healthcare and education boards.
Rappl has more than seven years of experience in municipal and investment banking finance. She will focus on providing senior analytical support in the senior living sector.
