WINDSOR, Conn. — Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors has brokered the $2.6 million sale of Kindred Windsor, a 108-bed skilled nursing facility in the Hartford suburb of Windsor.
A publicly traded REIT seeking to divest non-core assets sold the underperforming property to a regional operator, which plans to implement a turnaround strategy.
Amy Heller of Congressional Bank arranged the acquisition capital. Ben Firestone, Steve Thomes and Tim Cobb of Blueprint executed the transaction.
