SAN ANTONIO — Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors, a brokerage firm based in Chicago, has arranged the sale of Parklane West, a 141-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in San Antonio.
The price, buyer and seller were not disclosed.
Tim Cobb and Ben Firestone were Blueprint’s lead advisors on the transaction.
