PEORIA, Ill. — Caddis, a Dallas-based healthcare real estate developer, has opened Heartis Village Peoria, a 108-unit assisted living and memory care community in Peoria, located between Chicago and St. Louis.
The 97,000-square-foot property includes two buildings: a single-story, 36-unit memory care residence and a three-story, 72-unit assisted living residence.
Pathway Senior Living, a Chicago-based operator, will manage the community. Texas-based architecture firm Katus LLC designed the project, which Illinois-based McShane Construction built.
The property represents Caddis’ first entrance into the Illinois market.
