MARLBORO, N.J. — Capitol Seniors Housing (CSH) will open Solana at Marlboro, a 79-unit assisted living and memory care community about 40 minutes south of New York City, on Thursday.
The project was jointly developed by Washington, D.C.-based CSH and Atlanta-based Formation Shelbourne Group.
Local operator Chelsea Senior Living will manage the 66,341-square-foot community, which includes 54 assisted living units and 25 memory care units.
