NAPERVIELLE, Ill. — Capitol Seniors Housing has opened Arbor Terrace Naperville, 95-unit assisted living and memory care community in Naperville, a western suburb of Chicago.

The Arbor Company partnered on the 74,256-square-foot project, which cost an estimated $27 million to develop. The property is located within the Cantore Place development, a large grouping of retail shops and restaurants surrounded by apartments, offices and single-family homes.

Dallas-based Faulkner Design Group designed the interiors.

Capitol Senior Housing is a D.C.-based, private equity-backed real estate acquisition, development and investment management firm. The company is increasing its presence in the Chicagoland area, with one community recently completed and another due for delivery late this year.
