KINGWOOD, Texas — Integrated Property Management has announced expansion plans for Watercrest at Kingwood, an independent living community in Kingwood, a master-planned community just north of Houston.

The community currently features 174 independent living units. The 145,117-square-foot, named Garden Village, will add 73 additional independent living units and expand the community into assisted living with 28 units.

The expansion will also include several common areas and amenities such as outdoor sitting areas, a walking trail, wellness center, libraries, pet park and two new dining venues, one for independent living and one for assisted living.

Although a development timeline was not disclosed, the community’s website says the expansion is coming this summer.

Integrated Property Management owns and operates a portfolio of seven Watercrest-branded communities throughout Texas. The company and communities are unrelated to Watercrest Senior Living, which owns and operates communities throughout the Southeast.
