Former Dominion VP Launches New Owner-Operator Solinity

by Jeff Shaw

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Josh Crisp, former vice president for Tennessee-based developer Dominion Senior Living, has launched a new seniors housing owner-operator named Solinity.

The company is based in Knoxville and seeks to build boutique independent living, assisted living and memory care communities with inter-generational components. Geographically, the company will start with a focus on the Southeast, starting in Tennessee.

Solinity will seek opportunities in development, acquisitions and third-party management. Like Dominion’s properties, the communities will be faith-based and for-profit.

The company’s name is a combination of “sol” (sun) and “unity.”
