EL PASO, Texas — Greystone’s Real Estate Advisors team has arranged the sale of Nazareth Living Care Center, a skilled nursing facility in El Paso.
Chicago-based Mozart Healthcare, LLC purchased the property from Nazareth Hall, a Texas nonprofit operator, for $6.3 million.
Located on a 3.4-acre site, the facility consists of one operational building constructed in 2013 with 74 skilled nursing beds, plus a 50-bed building that is licensed but currently not in use. Paramount Healthcare is the operator of the community.
Mike Garbers and Cody Tremper of Greystone represented the seller in the transaction.
