CARLSBAD, Calif. — Integral Senior Living has promoted Mandy Luther to the position of regional director of sales and marketing for its new venture, Solstice Senior Living. She was previously the regional director of sales and marketing for Integral-managed communities.
In her new role, Luther will oversee Solstice’s Western division, leading the sales and marketing efforts for a portfolio of 12 communities.
Luther began her career at Integral in 2013, helping open the Lantern Crest Senior Living community. Since then, she has helped open and build community support for five different communities.
Headquartered in Carlsbad, Integral manages independent living, assisted living and memory care properties throughout 18 states. The recently launched Solstice brand is a joint venture between Integral and NorthStar Healthcare Income. Solstice manages 32 communities nationally.
