CARMEL, Ind. — Indianapolis-based seniors housing developer Justus Rental Properties is developing Woodland Terrace of Carmel, a luxury independent living, assisted living and memory care community slated to open in summer of 2016.
The 185-unit, four-story community is currently under construction at 689 Pro Med Lane in Carmel, a suburb of Indianapolis. Woodland Terrace will feature studios and one-bedroom apartment homes, with a limited number of two-bedroom penthouse suites. Apartment sizes range from 560 to 1130 square feet.
