ASHBURN, Va. — Singh Development has hired Justin Roberts as executive director and Michelle Rogers as marketing manager for Waltonwood Ashburn, an independent living, assisted living and memory care community currently under construction in the Washington, D.C., suburb of Ashburn.
With more than 10 years of experience, Roberts started as a front-line team member in seniors housing communities. Rogers has 10 years of experience in leasing and property management.
Singh Development is a multifamily developer and owner-operator, including the Waltonwood brand of seniors housing properties, which currently totals 10 communities in Michigan and North Carolina. The company plans to open Waltonwood Ashburn in the second half of 2017, featuring 114 independent living units, 72 assisted living units and 27 memory care units in a 287,000-square-foot community.
