CLEWISTON, LAKELAND and ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — Senior Living Investment Brokerage Inc. has arranged the sale of three skilled nursing facilities in Florida totaling 436 beds for $39.9 million.
The three facilities are the 155-bed Palm Terrace of Clewiston, the 185-bed Palm Terrace of Lakeland and the 96-bed Palm Terrace of St. Petersburg. Lakeland and St. Petersburg are both suburbs of Tampa. Clewiston is located approximately 100 miles northwest of Miami along the southwest bank of Lake Okeechobee.
The real estate and operations were sold separately during the deal, with the operations being sold out of bankruptcy. The buyer elected to purchase both the real estate and operations of all three communities.
