MONTGOMERY, Alabama — Senior Living Investment Brokerage has arranged the sale of Caravita village, a 166-unit independent living community in Montgomery, for an undisclosed price.
Comprised of four buildings, one of the buildings is a purpose built assisted living community, but the seller did not maintain the licensing.
The buyer is a partnership between a Canadian private equity group and a Tennessee-based regional operator. The partnership plans to rebrand the community. The seller was a national owner-operator.
