LOS ANGELES — CBRE Group, a Los Angeles-based real estate services firm, has promoted Aron Will, co-leader of CBRE Capital Markets’ National Senior Housing team, to vice chairman.
Will has participated in the financing of more than $6.2 billion in senior housing debt during his 10-year career. He is CBRE’s youngest vice chairman to date.
Will currently co-heads the National Senior Housing Debt & Structured Finance practice for CBRE Capital Markets, which specializes in the capitalization of independent living, assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing communities nationwide. Will helped to launch the platform in the late 2000s.
In addition to his work at CBRE, Will serves as an executive board member of the American Seniors Housing Association (ASHA). He is also a member on the Senior Housing Council for the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and is on the Strategic Mission Fulfillment committee for the National Investment Center for Seniors Housing and Care (NIC).
Will received his bachelor’s degree in finance from Southern Methodist University.
