HATTIESBURG, Miss. — Claiborne Senior Living, a Hattiesburg-based operator with 10 communities across Mississippi, Louisiana, Georgia and South Carolina, has hired three to its corporate team.
Gloria Holland was hired as chief financial officer. She is tasked with leading the strategic direction and managing the financial performance of Claiborne’s multiple affiliate business units.
Holland is an experienced leader with over 30 years as a financial executive in various industries such as healthcare, hospitality, banking and technology. Her career boasts nearly two decades of seniors housing experience with leadership positions at Harmony Senior Services and Capital Senior Living.
Joe Zukauskas was hired as vice president of sales, where he oversees the organization’s occupancy management efforts and tactics.
Zukauskas has occupied sales, marketing and operation roles at the community, regional, divisional and corporate levels for 23 years. His expertise includes sales activities including the leadership, team building and direction of field’s sales teams, development and implementation of sales strategies and tactics, training and development of team members, marketing strategy and planning, and consistent tracking and performance of all sales results.
Jocquel Moore was hired as regional director of clinical for Claiborne’s Louisiana and Mississippi communities. She serves as the subject matter expert for all aspects of health and wellness.
