SWAMPSCOTT, Mass., and WESTPORT, Conn. — LCB Senior Living has named Andrew Gillis as executive director of The Residence at Vinnin Square, an independent living, assisted living and memory care community in Swampscott, approximately 14 miles northeast of Boston.
Gillis brings 30 years of healthcare experience, specifically in skilled nursing, assisted living and hospice, to The Residence at Vinnin Square. He is also licensed both as a nursing home administrator and a clinical social worker.
Previously, Gillis served as the president and chief operating officer for Bluepoint Healthcare. Additionally, his experience includes working at other assisted living and independent living organizations, including BaneCare, as well as owning and operating three skilled nursing facilities.
Gillis holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts Boston and a master’s degree in social work from Salem State University.
Additionally, LCB named Addie Ricci as executive director of The Residence at Westport, an independent living, assisted living and memory care community in Westport, approximately midway between New York City and New Haven.
Ricci brings 16 years of experience working in the senior living industry. In addition to a master’s degree in public administration from the University of New Haven, Ricci holds a bachelor’s degree in public health from Southern Connecticut University.
Prior to The Residence at Westport, Ricci served as an executive director at Bridges by EPOCH, an assisted living and memory care community in Norwalk.
