ANDOVER, Mass., and GLENVIEW, Ill. — Capitol Seniors Housing has unveiled plans for Atria Glenview in the Chicago suburb of Glenview and Stonehill of Andover in the Boston suburb of Andover. Both communities are scheduled to open during the fourth quarter of 2018.
Atria Glenview, a $28.4 million, 70,800-square-foot community, will have 83 units including a 24-unit first floor memory care wing. Capitol is already building a 95-unit assisted living residence in nearby Naperville, Arbor Terrace Naperville, which is scheduled to open in the spring of 2018.
Stonehill of Andover, a $36.5 million, 81,500-square-foot community, will have 96 units and be operated by The Northbridge Companies.
