HENRICO, Va. — Solvere Senior Living has opened a sales office at Aspire at Carriage Hill, a 148-unit independent living community currently under construction in the Richmond suburb of Henrico.
Development costs are estimated at $31.6 million for the resort-style community. The project is slated for completion in May 2019.
The community is located adjacent to Carriage Hill, a gated, age-restricted community.
Bonaventure Realty Group, based in nearby Arlington, is developing and will own the property. Solvere will operate the community. The architectural firm on the project is J. Price Architecture.
Solvere Senior Living currently manages 14 communities with three under development in eight states, Florida, New York, New Jersey, Texas, Maryland, Virginia, Michigan and Oklahoma.
