BLOOMFIELD, N.J. — Juniper Communities, a Bloomfield-based owner-operator, has promoted Anne Campbell to a corporate position, working in tandem with CEO Lynne Katzmann.
Campbell will continue to serve in her current role as senior executive director of Juniper Village at Brookline in State College, Pa. Her new corporate role has no specific title.
The new role will focus on “future-oriented initiatives” such as a roll-out of the company’s integrated care model — Connect4Life — to other operators around the nation.
“Anne Campbell is a demonstrated leader at Juniper,” says Katzmann. “She has created a pipeline of talented individuals who have both a passion for working with mature adults and have proven themselves as energetic, competent leaders of the future. She herself has been part of the American Seniors Housing Association Rising Leaders group for the last several years.”
In Campbell’s previous role, she was involved in several of Juniper’s new initiatives including REfresh and Workforce Development. She and her State College team are also piloting a new musical theater program for older community members that is part of a national effort to better integrate the mainstream arts into seniors housing. She is working with her team to pioneer the new Juniper Institute for Innovation and Research, which has already established close ties with Penn State University for collaboration on research and programs.
