ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — Solutions Advisors Group (SAG) has appointed three new employees to senior positions. St. Petersburg-based SAG is the parent company of Solvere Living, the operations management division, and Solutions Advisors, the marketing, advertising, sales, consulting services and digital division.
Jessica Fogg was appointed senior vice president of consulting for Solutions Advisors. Michele Lindsey was hired as vice president of team engagement and values for Solutions Advisors Group. Wendy Dorn was brought in as managing director of wellness for Solvere Living.
With more than 25 years of sales and marketing experience, Fogg returns to SAG’s Solutions Advisors to lead the company in assessing and coaching all aspects of sales and strategic marketing for clients. She most recently served as vice president of sales and marketing at Lutheran Social Ministries of New Jersey, leading the organization’s strategic approach for sales and marketing programs and services.
Fogg was previously vice president of Solutions Advisors and worked with senior living communities across the country to help innovate and bring best practices to their sales and marketing teams. Before that position she was vice president of sales with Springpoint Senior Living, where she was responsible for directing planning and implementation of the sales management and marketing efforts, along with overseeing marketing budgets, occupancy and sales training.
Fogg received a bachelor’s degree in international business from Florida International University in Miami and a degree in business administration from the Peruvian Institute of Business Administration (IPAE) in Lima, Peru.
Lindsey has more than 20 years of experience in human resources recruitment, training and development. She is in charge of SAG’s strategic human resource planning, promotion of company values and culture, as well as overseeing human resource management initiatives. Her past scope of work includes federal, state and local regulatory compliance and labor relations, along with diversity and inclusion culture integration.
Most recently, Lindsey was regional director and human resources director at Brookdale Healthcare Services’ Home Health & Hospice Division. Previously she was senior division director for human resources and training with Sava Senior Care. Before that position she served as division director for human resources and training for Brookdale and Horizon Bay.
Lindsey holds an M.B.A. in human resources management and a bachelor’s degree in business administration and organizational management from Bryan College in Dayton, Tenn.
Dorn is a registered nurse and has been in the nursing field for the past 30 years, serving as a staff nurse, director, educator and consultant. She has held numerous managerial and leadership positions in assisted living, palliative care, home health services, policy development, nursing, education, management and consulting. In her new position she will implement company wellness standards and initiatives at each community, as well as support training, ensure compliance and supervise best practices for assisted living, memory care and nursing programming.
Dorn was most recently a registered nurse case manager and clinical director at Grace Healthcare Services, where she played a crucial role in the management and growth of the company. She holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the Chamberlain College of Nursing in Downers, Ill., and is a certified rehabilitation registered nurse and certified case manager.
