KW Commercial Brokers $2.3M Sale of Seniors Housing Development Site in Colorado

AURORA, Colo. — KW Commercial has brokered the sale of a 6.1-acre development site in Aurora, just east of Denver.

Affinity Living Communities acquired the property for $2.3 million and plans to build a 170-unit seniors housing community on the site.

Michael J. Martin of KW Commercial-Cherry Creek represented the buyer in this transaction. This new project will be the fifth senior apartment complex for Affinity in Colorado.
