LAFAYETTE, La. — Abby Development, a developer, owner and operator of luxury seniors housing communities, has acquired 20 acres in Lafayette. The company plans to build a 258-unit independent living, assisted living and memory care community on the property.
Arabella of Lafayette will feature 128 independent living apartments, 34 independent living cottages, 60 assisted living units, and 36 memory care units.
Abby plans to break ground on the community during the first quarter of 2017.
