ROGERS, Ark. — Abby Development has started construction of Pinnacle Groves, a seniors housing community in Rogers, located in the Northwestern corner of the state.
Upon completion the community will offer 100 independent living apartments, 30 independent living cottages, and 96 units split between assisted living and memory care. The property will be located on 18 acres in the up-and-coming Pinnacle area of the city.
The project is scheduled for completion in 2020. Abby’s management division, Abby Senior Living, will manage the property.
