HICKORY, N.C. — Affinity Living Group, a Hickory-based operator, has promoted Neal Lail to chief operating officer and Sheila Madigan to senior vice president of sales and marketing.
Lail joined the company as vice president of sales and marketing in May of 2016, and has been responsible for the company’s market growth. He was promoted to chief marketing officer last year, where he oversaw all marketing, sales, call center, public relations, customer service, retention and pay system operations.
Lail has a 30-year history in the senior healthcare industry. Prior to joining Affinity Living Group, he held senior positions in the acute care, post-acute care, hospice and Medicare Advantage payer industries.
Madigan joined Affinity Living Group in February of 2016. She also brings three decades of sales experience to Affinity Living Group, the last 16 of which were in seniors housing at the regional and national levels. A sales trainer, Madigan is a North Carolina Licensed Assisted Living Administrator and a preceptor for NC Administrators-In-Training.
With more than 120 communities in six states, Affinity Living Group is one of the largest seniors housing operators in the country.
