TAVARES and CLERMONT, Fla. — Allegro Management Co. has taken over the operations of Osprey Lodge in Tavares and Crane’s View Lodge in Clermont.
Osprey Lodge was built in 2012 with 142 units of assisted living and memory care. Crane’s View Lodge was built in 2014 with 145 units of assisted living and memory care. Both communities are five-story buildings.
Osprey Lodge and Crane’s View Lodge are retaining their current brand. At this time, there are no major changes or renovations planned for either community.
Allegro Management Co. is a St. Louis-based developer and operator of seniors housing.
