Alliance Residential Plans 187-Unit Community in South Florida

DELRAY BEACH — National multifamily developer Alliance Residential Co. has announced plans for Holden of Delray Beach a 187-unit seniors housing community in the small South Florida city of Delray Beach.

The community will offer independent living, assisted living and memory care. It is scheduled to open in 2020.

MSA Architects Inc. designed the project, with Alliance Residential Builders South Florida LLC serving as general contractor.

The development marks the latest plans for Alliance’s robust senior living pipeline, and the company’s first senior living project in Florida.
