NICEVILLE, Fla. — American House Senior Living Communities and REDICO have acquired Superior Residences at Bluewater Bay, a 94-unit independent living community in the Florida Panhandle city of Niceville, for $24.5 million.
The seller was Bluewater Commercial Developers, which originally developed the community.
The property is located within the Bluewater Bay resort community. The five-story asset offers one- and two-bedroom apartments ranging from 545 square feet to 937 square feet. It was built in 2015.
Bradley Clousing and Jeffrey Binder of Senior Living Investment Brokerage negotiated the transaction.
American House is a seniors housing operator with communities in the Midwest and Florida. REDICO is a national real estate investment and development company.
