BOSTON — Beacon Communities, Boston-based affordable housing developer, has hired Tim Sullivan as chief administrative officer (CAO). Formerly of UBS and MassHousing, Sullivan will be responsible for the overall financial strategy and oversight of information technology, human resources, accounting and finance.
