RYE, N.H. — Benchmark Senior Living has completed a 60,000-square-foot expansion at its community in Rye, a city located along the Atlantic coast.
The project has added 70 assisted living apartments to the community, Benchmark at Rye. New residences include units in studio, one- and two-bedroom layouts. The community also features independent living residences and a 40-apartment memory care neighborhood.
Amenities at the property include a bistro, family kitchen, fitness center, wellness and therapy spaces and multiple outdoor patios.
Benchmark ranked as the 30th-largest seniors housing operator in the 2025 edition of the ASHA 50.
