NORTH ATTLEBORO, Mass. — Benchmark will break ground next week on The Branches of North Attleboro, an assisted living and memory care community in the Providence, R.I., suburb of North Attleboro.
The property will target middle-market residents. The development costs and number of units were not disclosed.
The property is on an 11-acre plot. Benchmark plans to open a model apartment by early 2017 and complete construction in fall of 2017.
The Branches of North Attleboro will be the company’s 53rd seniors housing community in New England.
