WACO, Texas — Blake Management Group and LifeCare Properties have broken ground on The Blake at Waco.
Upon completion, the property will feature 112 units of assisted living and memory care. The project is part of a $225 million joint venture announced in 2018 between Blake, a regional operator, and LifeCare, a developer.
A schedule for construction was not released.
