ELGIN, S.C. — Blake Management Group has hired Tiffany Bazen as executive director of The Blake at Woodcreek Farms, an assisted living and memory care community under construction in Elgin, 20 miles northeast of Columbia.
Bazen spent the last four years as executive director at Royal Oaks Senior Care in Summerville and was previously executive director of Brightwater Continuing Care Retirement Community in Myrtle Beach. She is a 10-year member of the South Carolina Regulatory Committee for Health Care.
The Blake at Woodcreek Farms is scheduled to open in January 2017.
Blake Management Group operates Blake-managed communities in Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee and South Carolina.
