ST. LOUIS — Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors has arranged the lease of a three-property, 444-bed skilled nursing portfolio, located in the St. Louis metro area.
An Illinois-based owner-operator sought to shift focus to other owned and recently acquired facilities. The properties are located near Barnes-Jewish Hospital, but further details were not disclosed.
A growing operator with a presence in the state was ultimately selected for its commitment to capital improvements and creative deal structure involving a market-term lease and a purchase option.
