WAYLAND, Mass. — Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors has arranged the sale of Wayland Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, a 40-bed skilled nursing facility in the Boston suburb of Wayland, for an undisclosed sum.
The longtime owner sold the property to a regional owner-operator looking to expand its existing portfolio in the area.
Steve Thomes of Blueprint was the lead advisor on the transaction, with support from Tim Cobb.
