Covenant Retirement Communities Names Kent Mulkey Executive Director of CCRC in Colorado

WESTMINSTER, Colo. — Covenant Retirement Communities has named Kent Mulkey as executive director of Covenant Village of Colorado, a faith-based, nonprofit continuing care retirement community in the Denver suburb of Westminster.

Mulkey has spent many years in the seniors housing industry, including positions in management, training and operations at 28 communities in 10 states. He will report to Thad Rothrock, regional operations director for Covenant Retirement Communities.

Mulkey earned a bachelor’s degree at California State University-Chico, and a master’s degree in counseling psychology at Denver Seminary. Certifications include Certified Assisted Living Administrator through the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, and Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly Administrator in California.

Covenant Retirement Communities serves 5,000 residents at 12 retirement communities nationwide.
