Blueprint Brokers $27.5M Sale of Two Skilled Nursing Facilities in Fort Worth

FORT WORTH, Texas — Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors has brokered the sale of Southwest Nursing & Rehabilitation Center and West Side Campus of Care, both skilled nursing facilities in Fort Worth, for $27.5 million.

Southwest features 198 beds and West Side features 240 beds.

The seller was a family owner that has operated skilled nursing facilities in Texas since the 1970s. The buyer was a Los Angeles-based private equity firm with an established operational partner.
