NORTH CAROLINA — Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors has arranged the lease of a five-property, 638-bed skilled nursing portfolio located throughout North Carolina.
The owner was looking to either sell or lease the portfolio to a third party to diversify its risk. The owner-operator tenant already has a presence in North Carolina, and plans to exercise an option to purchase the properties as soon as possible.
