BALTIMORE — Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors has arranged the sale of a 63-bed skilled nursing facility in Baltimore.
The seller initially acquired the property as part of a portfolio, and considered the asset to be non-core. An experienced owner-operator looking to expand in Maryland acquired the facility for $6 million.
