GREEN BAY and OMRO, Wis. — Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors has arranged the sale of Parkview Manor and Omro Care Center, skilled nursing facilities located in Green Bay and Omro, respectively.
A partnership between a publicly traded REIT and a national operator seeking to exit the state sold the 250-bed portfolio for an undisclosed price. The buyer was an owner-operator looking to expand its presence in the region.
Built in 1997, Parkview Manor is located northeast of downtown Green Bay and is the largest facility by licensed capacity in the market. Omro Care Center is situated in the smaller town of Omro near Oshkosh along the Fox River. Representing the operator’s only locations in the state, the facilities struggled to generate positive cash flow.
