ST. LOUIS and KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors has negotiated the lease of 11 skilled nursing facilities in the St. Louis and Kansas City metros.
The 1,256-bed portfolio was presented to the market for sale or lease, offering an immediate regional presence to a buyer or renter. A publicly traded REIT owns the property, and the operator’s lease was about to expire.
An operator that is new to Missouri signed a short-term lease for the portfolio. The specific names and locations of the properties were not disclosed.
